As a Principal Advisor, Impact & Evaluation, you’ll have the opportunity to plan and undertake monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities for several programs and build the evaluation capacity of CSIRO’s Education & Outreach overall. You’ll be a part of the national team working very closely with both internal and external stakeholders to generate evidence for what works in STEM education, and understand the impact and improve our STEM programs. If you enjoy working independently within your own function and enjoy resolving complex problems, requiring a high degree of skill and knowledge in evaluation, and consolidating qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis into high-quality and useable materials, then do not hesitate to apply!
