Evaluators often are tasked with evaluating complex programs or perhaps simple programs that are being delivered in complex environments. In response to these challenges, various models have been developed to help researchers and evaluators better understand the organisations and programs that they are working with.
In this talk Ian and Mark will provide a brief overview of different influences affecting evaluation work. They will focus on a number of models that have or can be used by researchers and evaluators to aid their work, as well as discuss the importance of context and culture. The connection to data quality will also be mentioned.
The presentation is intended to elicit discussion and thought, and so will include time for discussion and leave attendees with ideas upon which to reflect.About Greg and Jade
